We are a boutique, patient-centered practice in Kensington. We strive to provide patients with the highest level of care and attention at all times.
We are adding a Patient Care Coordinator to our front office, with a defined growth path to Assistant Office Manager for the right person.

What You Will Do:
- Welcome and onboard new patients so they feel cared for from the first call.
- Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently.
- Own the daily schedule and keep it efficient and full.
- Manage our patient communication system, including email and recall outreach.
- Support practice marketing, including email campaigns, patient reviews, social media content, and community events.
- Support the office manager, the doctors, and the clinical team wherever needed.
- Follow through on assigned responsibilities.
What We Require:
- At least one year of dental office experience. This is firm.
- Comfort presenting treatment and discussing financial arrangements.
- Exceptional judgment and warmth with a discerning patient basehighly reliable, accountable, and consistent.
- Communicates professionally and compassionately.
- Is organized, proactive, and attentive to details.
- Light back-office or assisting experience is a meaningful plus. So is any marketing, social media, or design experience.
Schedule:
- Monday through Wednesday: arrive 7:30 a.m., patient hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: arrive 6:30 a.m., patient hours 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- One partial Friday per month: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- No evenings. No weekends.
